I change my mind. A lot.
I’ve been tossing around this idea to write an e-book about food photography on a budget. I thought it was such a great idea. Everyone is always telling me how fantastic my pictures are. But after a lot of reflection over the last few weeks I decided a few things…
First, I’m definitely not good enough to write an e-book.
Second, I may not be good enough for a book, but I sure am good enough for a series!
You can consider this my intro. I’m here to tell you what works for me, and how you can make it work for you. This series is going to extend over the next five weeks. There is a lot of info to cover, and this way I won’t overwhelm you all at once. At the end of the series I will offer an E-Book with more in depth information. I’ll provide a little more information on that in the last post. Here is what you have to look forward to:
What’s in my bag – My equipment and necessities.
Props – what I have, where I buy things, and a few quick backdrop tutorials
Staging – How I stage my food and get ready for a shoot
Getting the shot – How to use your camera.
Editing – I’ll walk you through my editing process in Photoshop AND Picmonkey
I have everything scheduled out already, so be here every Saturday at 6 am to increase you basic food photography knowledge! My goal is to make every single one of you take your blogs to the next level with amazing pictures without breaking the bank. I’m really excited to get this ball rolling and would love for you to help spread the word! Click one of those fun social sharing icons below!
Now, WHO is excited??
