The plan for tonight was simple… I was going to put my monster of a toddler to bed, and get to work on editing the photo’s that I should have taken this morning, and writing an amazing post about chocolate mint cupcakes…
But the universe really didn’t want me to get a post up today…
You see… When it came time to snap some photos… My son needed me to play cars. It was life or death you see…
And after I put him to bed… I got sucked into Pinterest…
Darn site takes over and makes me forget everything…

I’m not even sure what to call this cake from Fat Girl Trapped in a Skinny Body’s site… It has brownie, marshmallow, chocolate chip cookie, cheesecake…. yikes. I wish I would have had this recipe on my birthday last weekend!
