S’mores S’mores S’mores

I truly thought that there was no possible way to go camping and NOT enjoy a smore! However, our last camping trip proved to be somewhat disappointing in that area… Believe it or not, but we did NOT attempt to make a smore at any time on our last campout!

While that is one of the experiences I was most looking forward to for our little guy, we didn’t miss it too much. Especially with that Yummy Peach Cobbler! But I didn’t want to let this week pass without some version of the treat. So, I’ve rounded up some of the most creative versions, and am going to share them with you here, today!

Yikes! I think I just gained 10 pounds just from writing this post!

If all else fails, you could always stick with the original graham crackers, chocolate, with a  toasted marshmallow!

  1. I have one for ya and they are not as messy as the original. Mt Pie smores. Butter your bread and place one slice butter down in a pre-warmed mt pie maker. Place half a Hershey bar and a marshmallow or 2 (what you prefer). Add some crushed graham craker to it. Place the other slice of bread butter side up on top and close the mt pie maker.Toast to perfection. We have added peanutbutter and banana and they are so yummy.

  4. Saw this on pinterest: Put your marshmallow on a lollipop stick, roll in melted chocolate, then roll in graham cracker crumbs.

  5. What a great round-up of s’more recipes – my mouth is watering. We often have s’mores at the cottage and I wrote a post on how I have perfected making them. You can find the tip here: http://gracie-senseandsimplicity.blogspot.ca/2012/07/best-smore-tip-ever.html
