Today is my birthday.
I can’t believe I’m already 25 years old! It seems just like yesterday that I was given a giant cake, and told to go for it with my bare hands! Ahhhh…. the good ol’ days!
(anyone that knows my son… doesn’t he look JUST like me, or what?)

Favorite birthday treat?
That would be when we leave the kiddos at the grandparents house, trek down to SLC and spend the day shopping there and in Park City only to finish up the day at The Old Spaghetti Factory. I LOVE that place and we only get down there for my birthday lately.

I love peppermint ice cream on my birthday since it’s in December! And if there happens to be warm chocolate cake or a brownie with it, I don’t complain!!

My favorite birthday treat is German Chocolate cake. My mom used to make it all the time. I think probably because it was her favorite. I don’t get to have it anymore just because my kids and hubby’s are too picky. I remember my mom did the same for my first birthday, to put a cake in front of me and hoped i would dig in so she could get many pictures to hang over my head one day and make a mess, but, to my mother’s frustration I merely took a lick from my finger like a lady. My favorite birthday treat is chocolate but only the rich, creamy expensive kind.
I love the ice cream cake my mom would always make me, she’d do 3 – 9″ rounds of cake & alternate with the ice cream of our choice & cover it all with delicious homemade frosting! It stood about a foot tall & was so yummy!
Cheesecake, baby! Just the plain kind with no toppings. I could eat (and have!) and entire huge one all by my lonesome dove! LOL

My favorite birthday treat is having a home made cake. I’m not particular on what kind just as long as it is home made. I’m lucky my husband and father-in-law love to bake so they make all our cakes from scratch. Found you on the Utah Bloggers group.

Okay, birthday treat. Ooh hard to choose. Perhaps Maggie Moo’s ice cream with cookie dough bits and caramel? Or a molten lava chocolate cake!! However, I’m most known to whip up my own chocolate cake recipe, because my hubby doesn’t bake and I’m not eating a walmart cake for MY birthday!!
