30 Minute Buffalo Chicken Meatballs
Ingredients to make homemade buffalo chicken meatballs:
- Hot sauce
- Ground chicken
How to make meatballs with ground chicken:
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking tray with foil and lightly mist with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl combine the bread crumbs, 1/4 cup hot sauce, celery, and egg white. Stir in the chicken until fully incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into 1 inch balls. Place on your baking tray. Cook 25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Toss in the remaining sauce and serve.
These need to be warm when you serve them so I suggest tossing them in hot sauce right in your slow cooker. Keep it on low and let your guests dish them up on their own. Serve with some blue cheese or ranch dressing.
