1¼ cup flour 3 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1 Tablespoon brown sugar (optional) 1 cup milk 1 egg 2 overripe bananas
Heat a waffle iron.
Whisk together your flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon and brown sugar (if using).
In a medium measuring cup combine the milk, egg, and bananas. Whisk until the bananas are mashed. Fold into your dry ingredients.
Pour 1/4 cup batter onto your prepared iron. Cook until golden brown and enjoy.
