Slow Cooked Beef Stew with Campbell’s

Ingredients

  • Campbell's Sauces Slow Cooker Beef Stew
  • 4 medium carrots peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 lbs stew meat
  • Mashed potatoes

Instructions

  • Place the beef stew in your slow cooker. Stir the sauce and carrots.
  • Cook on low 7-8 hours or until the meat is tender. About 30 minutes before your stew is done cooking stir in the mushrooms. Serve over mashed potatoes.
