Slow Cooked Beef Stew with Campbell’s

Ingredients
Campbell's Sauces Slow Cooker Beef Stew

medium carrots
peeled and sliced
1/2
cup
sliced mushrooms
2
lbs
stew meat
Mashed potatoes
Instructions
Place the beef stew in your slow cooker. Stir the sauce and carrots.
Cook on low 7-8 hours or until the meat is tender. About 30 minutes before your stew is done cooking stir in the mushrooms. Serve over mashed potatoes.
