Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Whisk together the cream, milk, and sugar until blended and somewhat dissolved. Stir in the vanilla and salt. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or until chilled thoroughly.
  • Whisk the mixture and pour into your ice cream maker. Freeze according to the manufacturers directions.
