Quick and Simple Candied Pecans

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup pecans lightly chopped

Instructions

  • Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Whisk in the brown sugar and salt.
  • Stir in the pecans and continue to cook on low heat for 5-7 minutes or until caramelized.
  • Spread onto wax paper and let cool completely.
