Buffalo Chicken Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup plain bread crumbs
  • 3/4 cup buffalo or hot sauce divided
  • 1/4 cup celery finely diced
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 lb ground chicken

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking tray with foil and lightly mist with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl combine the bread crumbs, 1/4 cup hot sauce, celery, and egg white. Stir in the chicken until fully incorporated.
  • Shape the mixture into 1 inch balls. Place on your baking tray. Cook 25 minutes or until cooked through.
  • Toss in the remaining sauce and serve.
