  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3/4 cup soy milk or regular
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 packet Carnation Breakfast Essentials Rich Milk Chocolate Powder

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients into your blender. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
