Breakfast Burger

Ingredients

  • lbs hamburger meat
  • 6 slices of bacon cooked and chopped
  • 3 eggs
  • tomatoes
  • lettuce
  • cheese optional

Instructions

  • Mix together your meat and bacon. Divide your hamburger into three equal portions and form your patties.
  • BROILER: Place onto a baking tray and broil 5-8 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking. Top with cheese the last minute or two if desired.
  • GRILL: Like the broiler, cook 8 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking. Add cheese the last two minutes.
  • Cook your eggs over medium or easy. Place onto your burger with the remaining toppings. Enjoy!
