No Machine Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of heavy whipping cream
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup chocolate chunks
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Now, let’s get started! In a small bowl mix together the condensed milk, chocolate chunks, and extracts. Set aside.
  • Whisk your heavy cream in the bowl of an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Gently fold your whipped cream into your condensed milk mixture.
  • Pour this into an airtight container and transfer to your freezer. Allow to freeze 6 hours, or overnight.
