No Machine Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of heavy whipping cream
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup chocolate chunks
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Now, let’s get started! In a small bowl mix together the condensed milk, chocolate chunks, and extracts. Set aside.
  2. Whisk your heavy cream in the bowl of an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Gently fold your whipped cream into your condensed milk mixture.
  3. Pour this into an airtight container and transfer to your freezer. Allow to freeze 6 hours, or overnight.
