of pure pomegranate juice

package pectin
Instructions
Bring the juice and the pectin to a rapid boil on the stove. Stir in the sugar and cook until the jelly reaches 220 degrees. Test for setting and move on to the next step.
Place in freezer jars or seal in canning jars.
