Pomegranate Jelly

This quick and simple pomegranate jelly makes a perfect gift. The secret is to use fresh or top quality store-bought pomegranate juice!

Ingredients

  • 7 cups of pure pomegranate juice
  • 6 cups sugar
  • 1 package pectin

Instructions

  • Bring the juice and the pectin to a rapid boil on the stove. Stir in the sugar and cook until the jelly reaches 220 degrees. Test for setting and move on to the next step.
  • Place in freezer jars or seal in canning jars.
