Beer brats
1/2
yellow onion

Instructions
Heat a cast iron skillet over medium heat.
Add your brats. Brown on all sides.
Stir in ½ of a sliced onion. Saute 2-3 minutes.
Pour in 1 can of A&W root beer. Simmer 20 minutes.
Serve on your favorite bun or with roasted vegetables.
