Ingredients

  • 6 fresh jalapenos
  • 4 (oz) cream cheese soft
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Traeger Veggie Rub
  • 12 slices thin cut bacon

Instructions

  • Preheat a grill or smoker to 375 degrees.
  • Slice your jalapenos in half lengthwise. Scrape the seeds and membrane with a spoon. Rinse and set aside.
  • Combine soft cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and veggie rub into a medium bowl. Stir until fully incorporated. 
  • Fill your jalapeno halves with a heaping tablespoon of the cheese mixture. Wrap one piece of bacon around each popper. 
  • Grill or smoke for 15-20 minutes or until the peppers are soft and the bacon is crispy.
