Ingredients

  • 1 can cinnamon roll dough with frosting

Instructions

  • Heat your waffle iron for a few minutes so it gets nice and warm and then get a little crazy with the non-stick spray.
  • Open your can of rolls and grab two. I used a square shaped iron so one went onto each side. If you have a round style waffle maker I’d suggest starting with just one. I’m not sure if two would fit but if you are feeling crazy go ahead and try it out.
  • Now you are going to need to close the lid. Push down on that sucker. You want the rolls to flatten to ensure they cook through. . Mine took about 1-1/2 minutes to bake but you may need to adjust your baking time according to how hot you iron gets. Just make sure they are a nice golden color on each side.
  • While they are still warm you will want to spread the frosting. A little tip from my kitchen? Heat the glaze (without the metal lid) in the microwave for about 10-15 seconds and then drizzle it across the tops. This makes it a little easier to evenly coat each waffle…er… cinnamon roll and takes away the hassle of spreading with a knife.
