Chocolate Covered Coffee Beans

Ingredients

  • 3 oz good quality dark or milk chocolate
  • ½-1 cup roasted coffee beans

Instructions

  • Melt your chocolate over a double boiler. If you don't have one you can use a glass or metal pan over a regular ol' pot of boiling water.
  • Remove your chocolate from the heat and stir in the beans. Remove with a fork, tapping to get rid of excess chocolate, and place on wax paper.
  • Allow to harden for at least 4 hours.
