Ingredients

  • 12 oz Andes mint chips
  • 16 oz chocolate frosting

Instructions

  • Line an 8x8 square pan with parchment paper.
  • Place the mint chips in a glass bowl. Microwave 1 minutes, stirring every 15 seconds, or until melted.
  • Fold the chocolate frosting into the melted chocolates.
  • Quickly pour into the prepared dish and refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
  • Slice into 12 to 24 pieces and enjoy.
