Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon mint extract
  • 1 cup chocolate syrup
  • 3/4 cups chocolate cookies or brownie bits optional

Instructions

  • Add the heavy cream to a chilled bowl. Whip with the whisk attachment of a stand mixer or a hand mixer until stiff peaks form.
  • In a separate large bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, mint extract, syrup, and cookies. Gently stir.
  • Fold in the whipped cream until smooth, being gently with the spatula.
  • Transfer the mixture into a freezer safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
