- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 teaspoon mint extract
- 1 cup chocolate syrup
- 3/4 cups chocolate cookies or brownie bits optional
Add the heavy cream to a chilled bowl. Whip with the whisk attachment of a stand mixer or a hand mixer until stiff peaks form.
In a separate large bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, mint extract, syrup, and cookies. Gently stir.
Fold in the whipped cream until smooth, being gently with the spatula.
Transfer the mixture into a freezer safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
