Ingredients

  • 2 cups Vanilla Wafer cookie crumbs
  • 1/3 cup butter melted
  • 3 ripe bananas sliced
  • 2 (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 cups chilled milk
  • 2 cups cool whip

Instructions

  • Place the wafer cookies into a bag to smash, or into a high powered blender to pulse, into fine crumbs.
  • Stir in the melted butter with a fork, mixing until well coated.
  • Pour into a 9×13 pan, I like to line mine with parchment first for easy removal, and press firmly to the bottom.
  • Slice the bananas and line, layering as necessary, onto the bottom of the pan.
  • Whisk the pudding mix with the milk. Pour over the top of the bananas, making sure to evenly cover without mixing.
  • Chill the bars for 20 minutes, or until the pudding layer has partially thickened.
  • Spread the whipped topping over the pudding layer and return to the refrigerator. Chill an additional 1 to 2 hours, or until ready to serve.
