Ingredients

  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
  • 2-3 tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions

  • 1. Place the whipping cream in a chilled bowl.
  • 2. Whisk the cream until soft peaks form.
  • 3. Add the vanilla and powdered sugar. Continue to whisk until light and fluffy.

Notes

The amount of sugar you add will depend on your personal preference. We like our whipped cream on the sweeter side and go with 2-3 tablespoons of powdered sugar. I suggest starting with one and adding more as needed.
