Mini Chicken Alfredo Pizza

This easy chicken Alfredo pizza is the perfect weeknight dinner! Made in under 15 minutes and a great way to use up leftovers. Pitta is used in the place of crust and a homemade alfredo sauce sends this over the top!

Ingredients

  • 2 Flatbread
  • 1/2 cup alfredo sauce
  • 4 oz cooked chicken
  • 2 bacon strips cooked and chopped
  • Fresh vegetables of choice
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking tray with parchment or a silicone baking mat for easy cleanup.
  • Place the flatbread onto the work surface, top side down.
  • Spread with a layer of alfredo sauce, about 1/4 to 1/3 cup per pizza.
  • Sprinkle with your favorite toppings and finish with a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake the pizza for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden brown.
  • Slice each pizza into six triangles and enjoy!

Notes

You can easily make this into a large pizza vs the personal size. Just substitute your favorite pizza dough for the flatbread.
