This easy orange cake only has THREE ingredients! With 1 box of cake mix, yogurt, and orange juice you can make a light and fluffy cake that packs a citrus punch.

1 box of white cake mix 15.5 oz 3/4 cup Greek yogurt 1 cup of orange juice
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly mist an 8 inch baking pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
Mix together the cake mix, yogurt, and juice until there are no large yogurt lumps.
Pour into your prepared dish and bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Serve and enjoy!
Whisk or shift the cake mix before starting. This will help remove or break down any lumps giving you a smooth batter.
Hand mixing is best for this cake. Avoid using an electric mixer and over stirring the batter.
Substitute sour cream for the yogurt as needed.
