This easy orange cake only has THREE ingredients! With 1 box of cake mix, yogurt, and orange juice you can make a light and fluffy cake that packs a citrus punch.

Ingredients

  • 1 box of white cake mix 15.5 oz
  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup of orange juice

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Lightly mist an 8 inch baking pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
  • Mix together the cake mix, yogurt, and juice until there are no large yogurt lumps.
  • Pour into your prepared dish and bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Whisk or shift the cake mix before starting. This will help remove or break down any lumps giving you a smooth batter. 
  • Hand mixing is best for this cake. Avoid using an electric mixer and over stirring the batter. 
  • Substitute sour cream for the yogurt as needed.
