8graham cracker squares4 rectangles broken in half
4large marshmallows
4piecesof chocolate
Instructions
1. Place half of the graham squares on the bottom of the pan of your air fryer.
2. Carefully place one large marshmallow onto each square. I find it helpful to create a small slice onto the bottom of the marshmallow. This makes it slightly sticky so it will firmly hold to the cracker.
3. Gently place the tray into your air fryer, trying to avoid jostling the crackers.
4. Heat the air fryer to 390 degrees. Immediately, do not wait for it to preheat, set a timer for 4 minutes.
5. Check the marshmallows at 4 minutes, if they are not lightly toasted, continue to cook for 1 to 2 more minutes.
6. Carefully remove from the air fryer once they have become large and golden.
7. Immediately press with chocolate and top with a second graham square, creating a sandwich.
8. Enjoy!
Notes
How to make in the oven:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Line a cookie tray with parchment. Not required, but it will really help with cleanup!
Place half of your graham squares onto the tray. Top with a large marshmallow.
Carefully transfer to the oven, being sure to keep the tray steady and the marshmallows in place.
Bake 3 to 5 minutes, or until the marshmallows are large and toasted.
Remove from the oven and immediately press a chocolate piece into the marshmallow. Top with a second graham.
