Taco Bell Breakfast Crunchwrap

If you’ve never tried a Taco Bell Breakfast Crunchwrap, this is about to become your go-to breakfast. Crispy hash browns, fluffy scrambled eggs, and a layer of melted cheese is wrapped in a tortilla and grilled to golden perfection.

Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs scrambled
  • 1/2 cup cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked sausage or bacon crumbles
  • 2 hash brown patties cooked according to the package instructions
  • 2 large 10 inch tortillas
  • Jalapeno sauce optional

Instructions

  • Place a large tortilla on a plate or work surface.
  • Spread 1 tablespoon jalapeno sauce, if using.
  • Layer with one crispy baked hash brown, half of the egg, cheese, and cooked bacon or sausage.
  • Place a small pan on the stove and heat to low/medium heat.
  • While the pan is heating, fold your wrap.
  • Start folding one edge of the tortilla towards the center of the ingredients. Hold in place and continue to fold the edges to form pleats- which seal into a circle.
  • Carefully pick up the crunchwrap and place seam side down on the heated pan.
  • Cook 1 to 2 minutes, or until lightly browned, flip and cook an additional minute.
  • Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  • Serve immediately of freeze for later.
