Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries sliced
  • 1 frozen banana
  • cup milk
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • honey optional

Instructions

  • Layer the milk, berries, banana, and yogurt in a blender. Always add the liquids to the blender first. This will help blend all of the ingredients more evenly without adding too much stress to the machine.
  • Pulse for 1-2 minutes, until smooth.
  • Taste and add honey if needed.

Notes

Fresh berries can be used in place of frozen.
Make sure you use very ripe bananas. This will add sweetness, making the need for honey or sugar less likely.
