Ingredients

  • 1 bottle chilled champagne or sparkling wine
  • 3-4 cups chilled apple cider

Instructions

Single Mimosas

  • Fill a tall glass half full with apple cider. 
  • Fill the remaining way with champagne or sparkling wine. 

Pitcher Mimosas

  • Fill a pitcher half with cider and top with champagne or sparkling wine. 
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

I like to start with a 50/50 ratio and adjust per taste.
