Strawberry Champagne Vinaigrette
This homemade Strawberry Champagne Vinaigrette will brighten up any salad! Inspired by the Zupas strawberry harvest salad!
- 16 oz frozen strawberries thawed
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons champagne vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Combine the strawberries, lemon juice, sugar, and vinegar in a blender and puree until smooth. Add the olive oil and pulse until combined.
