Whisk the eggs, cream, pumpkin, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice in a small bowl that is wide enough to dip your bread. Set aside.
Melt a little butter in a large skillet over low/medium heat.
Dip the bread into your egg mixture and place in your skillet. Cook until both sides are golden brown.
Repeat with remaining bread. Serve warm with butter and syrup.

Freezer Instructions:Place the cooked french toast on a wire cooking rack. Once it has cooled to room temperature, transfer to a freezer safe zip top bag. Transfer to the freezer. Frozen French toast can last up to 2 months if stored properly. To reheat, place the French toast in the microwave for 20 to 30 seconds. Flip and heat an additional 15 to 20 seconds.
