Ingredients

  • ¼ cup chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • cups whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a medium saucepan. Cook on low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture melts and slightly thickens.
  • Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly.
  • Pour the mixture into prepared molds.
  • Freeze the popsicles for 30 minutes.
  • Remove and add popsicles sticks (this helps the mixture to slightly firm and hold the sticks in place). Place back in the freezer and allow the pops to freeze until solid, roughly 4 to 6 hours.
  • Pop your frozen chocolate treat from the mold and enjoy!

Notes

Try making these with coconut milk in place of the whole milk. It gives you a completely different flavor profile that is insanely delicious.
