Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1⅔ cup milk we used coconut milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup blueberries thaw if frozen

Instructions

  • 1. Turn on your waffle iron and allow to preheat while preparing the batter.
  • 2. Whisk together the two flours, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  • 3. Combine the milk, eggs, butter, and vanilla in a measuring cup. Stir until combined and slowly stir into your dry ingredients. Fold in your blueberries.
  • 4. Scoop your batter onto your waffle iron and cook according to the directions.
