  • 4 oreo cookies
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  • Mist the inside of a mug with baking spray. This is going to help keep the cake from sticking to the sides and make it more enjoyable to eat. Set the mug aside.
  • Blend or process the oreo cookies until fine crumbs.
  • Stir the crumbs, baking powder, and milk into the prepared mug cuntil combined.
  • Heat in the microwave for 1 minute. Check the cake and if it needs more time microwave for an additional 30 seconds. *See notes
  • Cool 1 minute and enjoy.
  • TIP: The cooking time may vary depending on the microwave wattage. See note.
