Combine all of your ingredients into the bowl of an electric mixer. Stir until combined with the paddle attachment.
Switch to a dough hook and knead for five minutes. If kneading by hand increase that time to ten minutes. Place in a lightly sprayed bowl and cover with a dry clean towel. Let rest for one hour.
Divide your dough into 8 equal pieces. Roll each piece into an eight inch circle. Place onto a lined cookie sheet and allow to rest 15 minutes.
While the dough is resting preheat your oven to 500 degrees. Cook on the bottom level of the oven for 5 minutes. Your bread should have puffed up slightly. If not add an additional minute or two. Transfer to the top rack and cook 2 more minutes.
