Funeral Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 12-16 oz bag frozen shredded hash browns
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheese we use sharp cheddar
  • 1/2 cup green onion chopped
  • 1 cup corn flakes

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Lightly mist a 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients except the corn flakes. Stir until fully combined and spread into your prepared pan. Sprinkle the top with your cereal.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
