Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment and set aside.
Whisk together the cake mix, flour, and pumpkin pie spice. Stir in the butter and eggs until fully incorporated.
Form into a 12x4 log on your prepared baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes.
Let you giant cookie cool for 15 minutes. Using a sharp knife slice into 1/2 inch pieces and place cut side down onto your baking tray.
Cook an additional 10 minutes or until crisp.
Roughly chop your M&M's. Dip your cookies into the melted chocolate and immediately sprinkle with candies.
