Philly Cheesesteak Sliders

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound beef round steak cut into thin strips and marinated in your favorite rub
  • 1 green bell peppers sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1 batch of homemade hamburger rolls*
  • Mozzarella American, or provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions

  • Heat the oil in a large pan. Add the steak and cook until it’s lightly browned. Toss in the peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Cook until the veggies are soft and the onions are translucent.
  • In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise and garlic. Slice your rolls in half and spread with the mayonnaise. Top with your meat and veggie mixture and a slice of cheese. Broil for 3 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
