Copycat Irish Cream Cold Brew
Get ready to fall in LOVE with this Irish Cream Cold Brew recipe. Dare I say, better than Starbuck’s and can be made year-round. The perfect blend of coffee, Irish cream syrup and whipped foam topping.

Ingredients

Irish Cream Syrup

milk
2% or higher

heavy cream

cold brew coffee
Instructions
Cold Foam
Combine 1-2 tablespoons of Irish cream syrup, milk, and cream into a mason jar or tall glass.
Using a
milk frother
(affiliate) whip the milk until just slightly thickened, about 20 to 30 seconds.
Alternatively, you can put the lid on a jar and shake vigorously until it begins to thicken.
Assembly
Fill two glasses 3/4 full with ice.
For a more bold Irish cream flavor add 1-2 teaspoons syrup.
Pour in the cold brew, leaving a 1-2 inch gap at the top of the cup.
Spoon or pour the sweet cream onto the top of the glass, filling the gap at the top.
Stir and enjoy!
