Ingredients

  • 1-2 tablespoons Irish Cream Syrup
  • 1/4 cup milk 2% or higher
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups cold brew coffee

Instructions

Cold Foam

  • Combine 1-2 tablespoons of Irish cream syrup, milk, and cream into a mason jar or tall glass.
  • Using a milk frother (affiliate) whip the milk until just slightly thickened, about 20 to 30 seconds.
  • Alternatively, you can put the lid on a jar and shake vigorously until it begins to thicken.

Assembly

  • Fill two glasses 3/4 full with ice.
  • For a more bold Irish cream flavor add 1-2 teaspoons syrup.
  • Pour in the cold brew, leaving a 1-2 inch gap at the top of the cup.
  • Spoon or pour the sweet cream onto the top of the glass, filling the gap at the top.
  • Stir and enjoy!
