Loaded Sheet Pan Nachos

This easy recipe for sheet pan nachos is perfect for feeding a crowd or satisfying your craving for a tasty snack. Loaded with all your favorite toppings and baked to perfection, these are sure to become a new favorite in your recipe arsenal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 (16oz) can beans refried or black (drained)
  • 3 cups cheese shredded
  • chips
  • Additional toppings see notes

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking tray with a layer of tortilla chips and set aside for later.
  • Add the ground beef and the chopped onion to a skillet that’s been heated over medium heat. Cook and crumble for 5-8 minutes, or until the meat has browned and the onion has softened. 
  • Stir in the garlic and cook one additional minute.
  • Turn down the heat and stir in your bean of choice.
  • Spoon half of the meat mixture over the top of the layer of chips. Sprinkle with half of the cheese. Top with a second layer of tortilla chips and repeat the layers of meat and cheese.
  • Bake until the cheese on both layers has melted, about 5-8 minutes.
  • Add any additional toppings, like fresh tomatoes, jalapeno, or olives and enjoy!
