This easy recipe for sheet pan nachos is perfect for feeding a crowd or satisfying your craving for a tasty snack. Loaded with all your favorite toppings and baked to perfection, these are sure to become a new favorite in your recipe arsenal.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking tray with a layer of tortilla chips and set aside for later.
Add the ground beef and the chopped onion to a skillet that’s been heated over medium heat. Cook and crumble for 5-8 minutes, or until the meat has browned and the onion has softened.
Stir in the garlic and cook one additional minute.
Turn down the heat and stir in your bean of choice.
Spoon half of the meat mixture over the top of the layer of chips. Sprinkle with half of the cheese. Top with a second layer of tortilla chips and repeat the layers of meat and cheese.
Bake until the cheese on both layers has melted, about 5-8 minutes.
Add any additional toppings, like fresh tomatoes, jalapeno, or olives and enjoy!
