Ingredients

Burger Sauce

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon relish
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Wraps

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ medium yellow onion diced
  • 1 to 1½ teaspoons salt and pepper or burger seasoning to taste
  • cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or 4 slices American cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Optional: ¼ cup diced pickles
  • Optional: ¼ cup diced onion

Instructions

  • Mix the ingredients of the burger sauce and refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and diced onion. Cook, breaking the beef apart as it browns, until the meat is cooked through and the onions are softened, about 6 to 8 minutes. Drain excess grease if needed.
  • Season the beef mixture with salt and pepper or your favorite burger seasoning. Stir well to coat evenly.
  • Lay a tortilla flat on a plate or clean work surface. Spread a generous layer of burger sauce down the center. Top with the seasoned beef mixture, lettuce, cheese, and any optional toppings.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly from the bottom to create a wrap. Slice in half if desired and serve immediately.
