These Big Mac Wraps are a quick and flavorful dinner inspired by the classic fast-food favorite. Juicy seasoned beef, tangy sauce, melty cheese, and crisp lettuce get wrapped up in a warm tortilla for a meal that’s ready in minutes.
1 to 1½teaspoonssalt and pepperor burger seasoning to taste
1½cupsshredded lettuce
1cupshredded cheddar cheeseor 4 slices American cheese
4large flour tortillas
Optional: ¼ cup diced pickles
Optional: ¼ cup diced onion
Instructions
Mix the ingredients of the burger sauce and refrigerate until ready to use.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and diced onion. Cook, breaking the beef apart as it browns, until the meat is cooked through and the onions are softened, about 6 to 8 minutes. Drain excess grease if needed.
Season the beef mixture with salt and pepper or your favorite burger seasoning. Stir well to coat evenly.
Lay a tortilla flat on a plate or clean work surface. Spread a generous layer of burger sauce down the center. Top with the seasoned beef mixture, lettuce, cheese, and any optional toppings.
