Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • teaspoon beef seasoning adjust to taste
  • ½ cup Burger Sauce or more if you like it saucy
  • cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese or 4 slices
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Optional: ¼ cup diced pickles ¼ cup diced onions

Instructions

  • If you haven’t already prepared it, mix together your Big Mac sauce ingredients. This can be made up to 3 days in advance and stored in the fridge for easy assembly later.
  • Place a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and break it apart with a spatula as it cooks. Continue until it’s browned and no pink remains, about 6–8 minutes. Drain any excess grease, then stir in your beef seasoning until well coated.
  • Lay a tortilla flat on a plate or clean work surface. Spread a generous layer of Big Mac sauce in the center. Top with a scoop of the seasoned beef, shredded lettuce, cheese, and any optional toppings like pickles or onions.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up from the bottom to create a tight wrap. Slice in half if desired and serve immediately while warm.

Notes

To keep your Big Mac Wraps from feeling dry, add a little extra Big Mac sauce directly on top of the beef before adding the lettuce and cheese. The sauce will soak into the warm meat, keeping each bite juicy and flavorful.
