Open the canned biscuits and place on a cutting board. Use a small cookie cutter, or a shot glass, to cut the center of each biscuit, saving the centers to the side.
Preheat the air fryer to 330 degrees and set the timer for 7 minutes. Once warm, add the biscuits. Cook, turning once halfway through, until golden brown.
While the biscuits are cooking, whisk together the cinnamon and sugar in a shallow dish.
Carefully remove the donuts from the fryer using tongs and place on a clean surface. Brush with melted butter and top in cinnamon sugar.
Serve immediately and enjoy a nice warm donut!
Donut Holes
For the centers of the biscuits, cook at 330 degrees for three to five minutes. Brush with butter and cinnamon sugar.
Notes
You can’t go wrong with any canned biscuit. You can also use a frozen biscuit dough, as long as it has been thawed. Some canned doughs will rise more than others, so start checking doneness around five minutes.
