Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt flavor of your choice
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey optional
  • 1 cup blueberries

Instructions

  • Combine the oats, chia seeds, yogurt, milk, and honey in a medium mixing bowl. Stir to combine. Set aside for later.
  • Place the blueberries into a small bowl and mash with a fork.
  • Divide half of the oat mixture into the bottom of two mason jars or sealable containers. Top with the berries. Spoon over the remaining oats and cover tightly.
  • Place your oats into the refrigerator and keep chilled for up to five days.
  • When ready, pull from the refrigerator and enjoy as-is or heated in the microwave.
