Ingredients

  • 1 lb medium cremini mushrooms
  • 1 (5.2oz) garlic and fine herbs Boursin cheese or other flavor if preferred
  • 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs

Instructions

  • Gently wipe each mushroom with a damp paper towel to remove any dirt. Avoid rinsing them under water, as mushrooms can absorb water and become soggy.
  • Remove the stems from the mushrooms and fill each mushroom cap with a generous amount of Boursin cheese. Make sure the cheese is evenly spread inside the cap.
  • Lightly sprinkle bread crumbs over the top of the stuffed mushrooms for a bit of added crunch.
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until they have softened and released some of their moisture.
