1(5.2oz)garlic and fine herbs Boursin cheeseor other flavor if preferred
1/4cuppanko bread crumbs
Instructions
Gently wipe each mushroom with a damp paper towel to remove any dirt. Avoid rinsing them under water, as mushrooms can absorb water and become soggy.
Remove the stems from the mushrooms and fill each mushroom cap with a generous amount of Boursin cheese. Make sure the cheese is evenly spread inside the cap.
Lightly sprinkle bread crumbs over the top of the stuffed mushrooms for a bit of added crunch.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until they have softened and released some of their moisture.
