Ingredients

  • 3 cups quick cooking oats
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1 large banana smashed
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  •  Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mist a 9 inch baking pan with baking spray and set aside.
  • Stir together the oats, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, cocoa, eggs, vanilla, milk, melted butter, and banana. Spread into the prepared pan.
  • Sprinkle the top with chocolate chips.
  • Bake for 40 minutes, or until the center of the oats is set.
  • Serve warm with additional milk and fresh fruit.
