3 cups quick cooking oats 1/3 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup cocoa powder 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 2 large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup milk 1/4 cup butter melted 1 large banana smashed 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mist a 9 inch baking pan with baking spray and set aside.
Stir together the oats, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, cocoa, eggs, vanilla, milk, melted butter, and banana. Spread into the prepared pan.
Sprinkle the top with chocolate chips.
Bake for 40 minutes, or until the center of the oats is set.
Serve warm with additional milk and fresh fruit.
