Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 4 large cinnamon rolls preferably unfrosted

Instructions

  • If using canned baked cinnamon rolls, bake them according to the package instructions and let them cool slightly. Cut each cinnamon roll in half horizontally.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, honey, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of ground nutmeg until well combined.
  • Dip each cinnamon roll half into the custard mixture, ensuring both sides are well-coated. Let any excess custard drip off.
