Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen peach slices
  • 1/2 cup peach nectar
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • Ice optional

Instructions

  • Pour the peach nectar (or juice of choice) into the bottom of your blender. Starting with liquid helps the blades move more easily.
  • Add the vanilla Greek yogurt, followed by the frozen peach slices on top. This helps the heavier ingredients push everything down while blending.
  • Start on a low speed and gradually increase to high. Blend for 1 to 2 minutes, or until the peaches are completely pureed and the smoothie is creamy and well combined.
  • Divide the smoothie between two glasses and enjoy right away for the best flavor and texture.

Notes

  • When making a smoothie add the ingredients to the blender in the following order; liquid, yogurt, fresh fruit, frozen fruit, ice. This will help the blender fully puree all of the ingredients.
  • Use frozen fruit in place of ice for a more bold flavor.
