Pour the peach nectar (or juice of choice) into the bottom of your blender. Starting with liquid helps the blades move more easily.
Add the vanilla Greek yogurt, followed by the frozen peach slices on top. This helps the heavier ingredients push everything down while blending.
Start on a low speed and gradually increase to high. Blend for 1 to 2 minutes, or until the peaches are completely pureed and the smoothie is creamy and well combined.
Divide the smoothie between two glasses and enjoy right away for the best flavor and texture.
Notes
When making a smoothie add the ingredients to the blender in the following order; liquid, yogurt, fresh fruit, frozen fruit, ice. This will help the blender fully puree all of the ingredients.
Use frozen fruit in place of ice for a more bold flavor.
