This Philly cheesesteak pizza is about to become your new favorite! Imagine all the savory goodness of a classic Philly cheesesteak piled high on your choice of pizza dough or flatbread. It’s a mouthwatering fusion that brings the best of both worlds together in every bite.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with foil for easy cleanup and set aside.
Optional: If you want, you can cook your veggies (like onions and bell peppers) in a pan until they are soft. Set them aside for now.
Put the flatbread on the foil-lined cookie sheet with the top side facing down. Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the flatbread, but leave a 1/2 inch space around the edges.
Sprinkle the mozzarella evenly over the sauce. If you want, add some white American cheddar cheese for extra flavor.
Place thin slices of steak and the cooked veggies on top of the cheese.
Put the cookie sheet in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the flatbread is hot.

Notes
Preheat Your Baking Sheet: Place the baking sheet in the oven while it preheats. This helps achieve a crispier flatbread crust.
Don’t Overload the Flatbread: Less is more when it comes to toppings. Overloading can make the flatbread soggy and harder to eat.
Experiment with Cheese: While mozzarella is a classic choice, blending it with provolone or white American cheddar can add a delightful depth of flavor.
