These easy pizza bagels are made with mini bagels, sauce, melty cheese, and pepperoni, then baked until perfectly crisp. A quick, nostalgic snack that’s better than store-bought bagel bites and ready in minutes.

Ingredients

  • 6 mini bagels sliced in half
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 to 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup chopped pepperoni or mini pepperoni
  • Optional: Italian seasoning, garlic powder, grated parmesan

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place the mini bagel halves cut-side up on the prepared pan.
  • Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on each bagel half.
  • Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Add chopped pepperoni evenly over the top.
  • Sprinkle with optional seasonings, if using.
  • Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are lightly crisp.
  • Let cool for 1 to 2 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Don’t overload the sauce. A light layer keeps the bagels from getting soggy.
  • Freshly shredded cheese melts smoother, but pre-shredded works great for convenience.
  • For extra crisp edges, toast the bagels for 2 to 3 minutes before adding toppings.
  • Air fryer option: Cook at 375°F for 5 to 7 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
