Pizza Bagels
These easy pizza bagels are made with mini bagels, sauce, melty cheese, and pepperoni, then baked until perfectly crisp. A quick, nostalgic snack that’s better than store-bought bagel bites and ready in minutes.

6 mini bagels sliced in half ½ cup pizza sauce 1 to 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese ½ cup chopped pepperoni or mini pepperoni Optional: Italian seasoning, garlic powder, grated parmesan
Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the mini bagel halves cut-side up on the prepared pan.
Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on each bagel half.
Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Add chopped pepperoni evenly over the top.
Sprinkle with optional seasonings, if using.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are lightly crisp.
Let cool for 1 to 2 minutes before serving.
Don’t overload the sauce. A light layer keeps the bagels from getting soggy.
Freshly shredded cheese melts smoother, but pre-shredded works great for convenience.
For extra crisp edges, toast the bagels for 2 to 3 minutes before adding toppings.
Air fryer option: Cook at 375°F for 5 to 7 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
