Slow Cooker Ranch Chicken

Picture this: Tender, juicy chicken infused with that classic ranch flavor, all slow-cooked to perfection while you binge-watch your favorite series. It’s a lazy chef’s dream come true. Spoiler alert – your crock pot is about to earn its keep in your kitchen with this one!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 1 lb little potatoes halved or quartered
  • 1 (1oz) packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  • Layer the chicken breasts into a single layer in the crock pot base.
  • Add the potatoes over the top of the chicken.
  • Open that packet of ranch seasoning and sprinkle it all over the chicken and potatoes.
  • Add the chicken broth and the cream of chicken soup to the slow cooker, no need to mix.
  • Set your Crock Pot to low and cook for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
  • Once the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the potatoes are tender, it’s time to serve up! 

Notes

Try adding in a green beans, carrots, or even bacon! 
This is also delicious served with a sprinkle of cheddar cheese.
