Turkey Sliders with Cranberry

These easy Turkey Sliders are the best way to turn Thanksgiving leftovers into a brand-new meal. Ingredients

  • 1 package Hawaiian rolls 12 count
  • 1 pound cooked turkey
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 pound thinly sliced Swiss cheese

Butter Topping

  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  • Set your oven to 325°F. Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick foil or lightly coat it with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  • Without separating the rolls, slice the entire slab of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom half into the prepared dish.
  • Evenly spread the turkey over the rolls, spoon cranberry sauce on top, and add a layer of Swiss cheese. Place the top half of the rolls back on.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and everything bagel seasoning until combined.
  • Slowly pour the butter mixture over the rolls. Use a brush or spoon to spread it evenly so each roll is coated.
  • Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and sliders are heated through.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 3 minutes, just until the tops are lightly golden.
  • Let the sliders rest for 2–3 minutes before cutting into individual sandwiches. Serve warm.
